My Impact:
I worked with a woman who had completed the CWF leadership program coaching her through the final implementation of her goal as part of her program commitment. We focused on application of the goal in the context of her specific organization (funded by CWF) and how to best realistically implement given the funding and tight resource parameters in which she was working.

Lessons Learned:
The power of small increments can be hugely beneficial.
