My Impact:
New School Director has made dramatic shifts in her ability to lead an organization whereby she is being asked to develop an entirely new culture for more than 500 people that includes a dynamic and diverse Board of Directors, 200 Parents, 50 Faculty and Staff members. She took on this role after there were unethical breaches and high turnover issues. Her personal development and leadership capacity have brought new light to this organization at every level.
Lessons Learned:
The greatest work of any leader is the inner work. Finding her boundaries and working with boundary issues has helped me to become more clear in my own contracting and inner agreements to myself.
