I’m working with the Executive Director as she grows into her role, and works to expand the reach and capability of the organization.
Lessons Learned:
I’m learning how many challenges a leader in the non-profit sector faces — having to wear many hats in an organization with limited resources. At the same time, the passion shown for the purpose is inspiring.
