Cape Cod Climate Change Leaders

My Impact:
I coached two leaders for 4 months each for 10 sessions each (total of 20 hrs coaching).
Person A: better able to confidently voice her leadership and bring her passion for CARING for the CAPE to fruition.
Person B: Aware of the impacts of her leadership on the groups she leads; developing as a millennial leader unfolding her Presence.

Lessons Learned:
I offered pro bono coaching to a group of Cape Cod Climate Change leaders and the 2 who signed up did so without being 100% clear on what they wanted/needed coaching for. We spent more time discovering what their aspirational goals were than I would have liked. Next time, I will be more discerning with how I make my offer.
